Pinot Noir 2021

Our cane-pruned vineyard is situated about 15 miles from the Pacific Ocean near the laguna de Santa Rosa. Foggy conditions lead to long growing seasons and elegant flavor development. Harvested October 9th, 2021.

This single vineyard Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley is a beautiful combination of new world climate and old world winemaking practices. This wine is driven by dark cherry and blackberry notes, with subtle undertones of truffle and clove.

The wine was aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. 8 Barrels were produced. 25% new oak, 75% neutral oak.
