In 2020 we grew some amazing hill side Cabernet Sauvignon in Alexander Valley. The Vineyard is Bio dynamically farmed, and is situated well above the valley floor 600+ feet of elevation. The fruit was well protected from smoke giving us a rare gem in the midst of a tough fire year.
The Cab is blended with a touch of Merlot and Pettit Sirah, bolstering the bright blackberry characteristic. The wine macerated for an extended period, allowing it to absorb all color and tannin components with out the need of any additives.
